In pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to order the pulication of the following English translation of notification no dated March 2005, Notification No Lucknow dated 2005

In excercise of the powers under Sub-section (2) of Section 9 of the Uttar Pradesh Industrial Area Development Act 1976 (U.P. Act no-6 of 1976) and read with the gazette notification no. 22,27 HI/18-11-28741/91 dated August 12/18, 19992 and no. 4471/77-4-2000-284 DHA-2-91 dated 9 Novmber 2000, in supersession of the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority with the previous approval of the State Government hereby make the following regulations for the purpose of proper planning and development of the Greater Noida Industiral Development Area.
